Job Title: IT Infrastructure ProfessionalWe are seeking an IT infrastructure professional to lead the deployment, management, and optimization of our hardware and cloud orchestration systems.Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain high-performance servers for GPU-accelerated computing.
  • Manage hardware upgrades, firmware updates, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Optimize system utilization across GPU, CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources.
Network and Datacenter Operations
  • Configure and maintain 400G InfiniBand/Ethernet networks for multi-node GPU clusters.
  • Collaborate with Tier-4 datacenter staff to ensure uptime, redundancy, and security compliance.
  • Monitor rack power, cooling, and performance KPIs to ensure optimal datacenter operations.
System Orchestration and Automation
  • Implement container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Slurm.
  • Build automation scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and scaling workloads on our platform.
  • Collaborate on NovaCore's orchestration platform to develop internal dashboards and client provisioning tools.
Security and Compliance
  • Maintain hardware security modules (TPM 2.0) and monitor secure device compartment (SDDC).
  • Enforce access controls, auditing, and compliance with enterprise security standards.
Troubleshooting and Support
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across compute, storage, and networking layers.
  • Benchmark and fine-tune system performance for AI training and inference workloads.
Collaboration and Client Onboarding
  • Work with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure capabilities with client needs.
  • Support client onboarding by configuring custom environments and workload testing.
