Job Opportunity

The Quality Assurance Specialist role involves ensuring high-performance delivery on all quality parameters. This includes auditing calls, chats/email interactions on Product/process, Communication and soft skills parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and provide feedback for the targeted population with the objective of improving scores for training throughput or conversion.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach.
  • Communicate effectively to heighten awareness and focus on the importance of positive customer experience.
  • Make recommendations and drive process improvements.
  • Reduce learning curve and enhance product/process knowledge of new joiners.
  • Ensure that internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations are being followed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in handling Quality for Outbound Sales accounts is an asset.
  • Must possess a thorough understanding of Audit & Coaching processes.
  • Excellent writing and comprehension skills are required.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential.
  • Technical knowledge of English communication - sentence construction, grammar, punctuation etc.
  • Effective Presentation, Feedback & Coaching skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office; preferably MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Customer orientation and Customer Service Attitude are critical.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a high level of energy and enthusiasm are required.
  • Interpersonal skills and Teamwork are essential.
  • Ability to handle/analyze data to generate Quantitative and Qualitative analysis.
