Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist with extensive experience in quality control and assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing sample specifications, page proofs, revisions, and printer files to guarantee the highest standards of quality and compliance with client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and validating print-ready files for accuracy and completeness to prevent errors and miscommunications.
  • Collaborating with production teams to maintain quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting or exceeding client expectations through exceptional performance and dedication.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, emphasizing relevant coursework and academic achievements.
  • At least 7 years of experience in QC/QA in typesetting industry, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record in quality review and assurance.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multiple shifts, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain productivity levels despite increased workload.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and achieve success.
