Automation and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with a flair for testing, automation, and software quality.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform automated testing to ensure software quality, including performance, load, and stress tests.
- Create test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and set up test environments correctly.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
- Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating resources and guidance for end-users.
- Conduct security testing and ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and background in defect management and root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in testing and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Playwright.
