Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless performance, security, and user experience of our digital platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to perform end-to-end testing of our banking applications and digital platforms, identifying and reporting defects in a timely manner. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of software development lifecycles, API testing, and digital payment systems is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Domain expertise: Banking/Financial Services
  • Tools and technologies: LMS, LOS, CMS, SFDC, API, Digital Payments/UPI, Finacle-CBS, Payments Systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
