Job Title: Innovation Leader

We are seeking a visionary professional to lead our technology and data science operations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cross-functional teams of software engineers, data scientists, and technical staff in developing cutting-edge AI-enabled health analytics solutions.
  • Drive the development of AI and NLP-based analytics products with a focus on clinical and care management perspectives.
  • Manage the maintenance and development of full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Bolster our suite of internal service tools and platforms processing healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  • Foster operational efficiency through improved project management tools and processes.
  • Encourage continuous innovation and creative problem-solving.
  • Guide team transformation of business ideas into actionable data-driven health analytics.
  • Grow and develop a high-performing team of skilled professionals.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading diverse teams across geographies and time zones, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience, including maintaining/operating a software product for 2+ years.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing, data processing, or data science.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills in English.

  • Executive presence with global leadership interface ability.
  • Computer science, math, statistics, or engineering degree.
  • Strong software security mindset.
  • Effective communication with technical teams.
  • Translate client insights into technical requirements.
