Job Title:

Financial Performance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Performance Analyst to support our finance operations and business analytics functions.

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Support day-to-day finance operations including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
    2. Assist in preparing financial reports for internal management.
    3. Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
    4. Perform periodic reconciliations of expenses.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. Experience in the KPO/BPO sector is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with ability to interact directly with international clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
