About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee and manage financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to ensure long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leaders to establish benchmarks for assisting in pricing, contract structuring, and margin analysis for large deals.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives with delivery, sales, HR and other teams.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Spearhead month end, quarter end and year end activities including accruals & monthly analysis on actuals vs provisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards including coordination with auditors for periodic and annual audits.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Align financial goals with business objectives through collaboration with practice heads.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation. Ability to interpret data, generate and communicate insights.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
