About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented financial professional to join our organization at GoodScore, a leading credit score and credit management platform. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end closing processes.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, Zoho Books, and core accounting principles with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, AR/AP, and general ledger management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Record and reconcile journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and collections.
  • Handle GST, TDS compliance, and related filings.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books/Zoho Finance.
  • Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and timely reporting.
