Job Title: Digital Health Transformation Specialist

About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead digital health transformation initiatives, focusing on closing healthcare gaps with innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, drive project execution, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution with Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption activities as part of project rollouts and go-lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP).
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital pathology workflows and systems.
  • Prior involvement in healthcare system integrations, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
  • Technical familiarity with laboratory or imaging systems.
