We are embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey and seek a motivated individual to join our team as a Transformation Support Specialist. This is a remote entry-level role that offers a unique opportunity to explore new technologies, AI, automation, and digital content creation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Exploring and testing new technologies, such as AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools, and recommending practical applications for different departments.
- Supporting the implementation and roll-out of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
- Creating digital training materials, including short videos, tutorials, and guides, to support our Digital Training Academy.
- Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge to help staff adopt new tools with confidence.
- Assisting IT with troubleshooting and support when required, providing a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team.
- Tracking and monitoring licenses and costs for digital tools and flagging opportunities for efficiency.
- Collaborating with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop appropriate training resources.

- Good communication (verbal and written) skills in English, able to explain technical ideas simply and clearly, as well as train users with excellent listening skills to discern user and business needs.
