Digital IT Transformation Head

Job Description

The Digital IT Transformation Head plays a pivotal role in leading the digital transformation agenda across entities worldwide. This leader orchestrates the delivery of both custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solutions, establishes a robust data lake infrastructure, and embeds AI-enabled applications across all IT functional departments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a 3-year digital transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise-wide strategic priorities
  • Driving enterprise data initiatives, including the development and scaling of data lake infrastructure, to support analytics and decision-making
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration across global IT teams to anchor digitalization and tooling strategies from pilot phases to full-scale development and support
  • Establishing and leading the implementation of success metrics for Digitalization projects, reporting insights to senior leadership
  • Leading technology initiatives by overseeing the delivery of COTS and custom IT solutions, championing design thinking, and agile methodologies with a product development mindset
  • Driving the strategic adoption of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Embedding AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation
  • Developing and maintaining a robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics
  • Enabling software engineering practices and delivery of Product MVPs in collaboration with Digital Delivery departments
  • Establishing metrics to evaluate the success of innovation projects and reporting findings to senior leadership
  • Ensuring strategic compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives
  • Developing future-ready IT teams with a focus on emerging digital technologies, including AI and Cloud
