The Vice President of Technology and Digital Solutions will be responsible for managing the company's technology infrastructure and digital initiatives across its portfolio.

The incumbent will manage day-to-day delivery, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships to drive strategic alignment and ensure seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.

    • Implement and support core hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance) to improve guest experience, service consistency, and revenue processes.">
    • Ensure seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems to facilitate data-driven decision-making.">
    • Partner with business functions to translate operational needs into IT deliverables, escalating strategic alignment issues to the Head of IT.">

    • Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure across 60+ Properties, ensuring network reliability and uptime to minimize downtime and optimize business operations.">
    • Implement cybersecurity and compliance frameworks to safeguard sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.">
    • Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols to ensure minimal disruption in case of an incident.">

    • Lead the execution of IT projects (new rollouts, upgrades, integrations), ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery to maximize ROI and drive business growth.">

    • Ensure ROI measurement and reporting on IT initiatives to inform future investments and optimize resource allocation.">
