Job Description: As a Credit Program Manager at Source One, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing credit programs across own books and channel partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Nurturing channel credit partners to improve utilizations, recoveries, and reconciliations.
  • Looping-in vendors like credit insurance and banks to run and improve programs.
  • Managing team members to handle various self-funded and channel finance programs.
  • Fund flow behavior across various programs wrt timely receivables and payables.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in credit risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in credit risk management.
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
