Job Summary:- As a Brand Trainee, you will be responsible for promoting our men's innerwear products to customers in retail stores, malls, or events.
- Product Promotion: Actively promote men's innerwear products to customers in retail stores, malls, or events by demonstrating product features, benefits, and highlighting key selling points.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, fabric types, sizes, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are visually appealing and well-displayed to attract customers and drive sales.
- Inventory Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and inform management of replenishment needs to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and relay it to the management team to improve products and services.
- Cross-Selling: Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's purchase experience and increase average transaction value.
- Compliance: Maintain professionalism, follow store policies, and adhere to company standards at all times.
- Previous experience in retail sales or promotions (preferably in fashion or innerwear).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
