Scrum Master

As a seasoned Scrum Master, you will lead our software development team in applying the principles of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Your experience working with SAFe and LeSS frameworks is essential.

  • Demonstrate passion for Agile and Scrum frameworks, having worked with them for over 10 years.
  • Proven expertise in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD/Test Automation and DevOps tools.
  • Strong team leadership, inter-personal communication, and negotiation/influencing skills to guide, mentor, and motivate agile teams.
  • Experience in applying various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional gaps in the Scrum approach.
  • Familiarity with other Agile approaches like XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, and excellent communication and mentoring skills.

  • Coaching and mentoring Scrum Teams to ensure they understand and follow Scrum principles and practices.
  • Facilitating meetings such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensuring teams are using iterative and incremental practices to manage and complete projects.
  • Identifying and addressing potential impediments to progress, finding solutions that benefit the entire team.
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining relevant documentation, improving processes where needed.
