Job Description

We are seeking a talented Demand Generation and Institutional Donor Relations Professional to join our team at ANNADA - Association for Nutrition and Development Action. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through demand generation, identifying new funding opportunities, and building relationships with institutional donors.

As a key member of our fundraising department, you will leverage your expertise in marketing, sales, and donor relations to develop and execute effective fundraising strategies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals and presentations, and manage relationships with existing donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional donors, ensuring continued support and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns
  • Analyze data and metrics to track progress and optimize fundraising efforts

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation, institutional donor relations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in securing significant corporate funding commitments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive strategic decision-making
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other fundraising software tools
