The candidate will use multiple demand generation channels such as LinkedIn research, networking, cold emailing, online events, and digital marketing to generate high-value CSR leads to support our mission. The role also involves direct corporate fundraising by engaging and nurturing relationships with CSR decision-makers.

What does this role entail Communications, Demand Generation & Fundraising

Build a strong pipeline of CSR donor prospects through online & offline initiatives.

Raise funds from institutions towards general donations for ANNADA.

Manage social media communications to enhance visibility and attract donors.

Develop compelling communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, and case studies, to enhance fundraising efforts.

Maintain and update a CRM/database with corporate donor details, interactions, and funding commitments.

Track & analyze demand generation metrics, conversion rates, & engagement data to optimize strategies.

Candidate ProfileEducational qualifications, skills, and experience we are looking for:

6+ years of experience in communications, marketing & B2B sales/ Institutional fundraising.

Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing Tools, CRM Systems, MS Excel.

About ANNADA:

We are a non-profit tackling early childhood malnutrition, primarily in remote & marginalized communities.

ANNADA is a FCRA certified section 8 not for profit organization. Our programs provide nutritious meals for children (under 6 years ) & mothers, enable health seeking behaviors at the grassroot level, measure impact and advocate the cause in alignment with SDGs 2 and 3, WHO global nutrition targets and national nutrition mission.

Since our inception in 2016, We have worked supported over 2 lakh beneficiaries across 3,000 plus remote & rural locations and reduced malnutrition by an avg. of 50% through a proven impact model.
