Job Opportunity

We seek a Memory Design Specialist to develop innovative memory compilers and advanced cache instances for next-generation Cores, achieving exceptional performance, power efficiency, and area optimization.

  • Understanding of computer architecture principles.
  • Basic knowledge of CMOS transistors and their behavior.
  • Understanding of high-speed low-power circuit design, clocking schemes, and complex logic circuits.
  • Knowledge of power versus performance trade-offs in typical CMOS designs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for circuit design.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SRAM/memory design, margin analysis, and quality control.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with basic scripting languages (e.g., Perl/TCL/Python).
  • Experience working with Cadence or Synopsys flows.
  • Proficiency in circuit simulation and optimization techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
