**Job Opportunity: Senior Memory Design Engineer**

We are seeking a highly skilled Memory Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing memory compilers and memory Fast Cache instances for our next generation Cores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing memory compilers and memory Fast Cache instances
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Designing and optimizing memory architectures for optimal performance and power consumption

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of computer architecture and concepts
  • Strong knowledge of CMOS Transistors and their behaviors
  • Experience with high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design and clocking schemes
  • Understanding of power versus performance versus area trade-offs in typical CMOS design
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SRAM/memory design margin, char, and quality checks

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

  • Basic scripting languages (e.g., Perl/TCL/Python)
  • Experience with Cadence or Synopsys flows
  • Knowledge of circuit simulation and optimization of standard cells
