Purchasing Manager Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to become a key member of our team as the Purchasing Manager.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can purchase high-quality materials at the right cost, ensure timely delivery, and handle end-to-end procurement processes efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Purchase high-quality materials at optimal costs while ensuring timely delivery and handling all aspects of procurement from sourcing to payment.
  • Identify alternative products in the market, conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses, and present findings to management for informed decision-making.
  • Effectively manage inventory levels by optimizing lot sizes, reducing delivery lead times, and implementing strategies to minimize dead stock.
  • Establish strong relationships with vendors through market research, joint improvement projects, and effective communication.
  • Closely coordinate with all sites, conducting regular site visits to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in construction material procurement, including efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery management.
  • Ability to enhance product value, negotiate contracts, and develop annual rate agreements with suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and coordination skills for effective collaboration with multiple sites.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage complex procurement tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Purchase or Procurement roles, preferably in real estate or construction industries.
  • Strong understanding of property market dynamics, valuation, and laws.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and tools.
