Job Title: Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned product designer to lead the end-to-end design of our fitness service products, blending digital and physical experiences. You will own product experiences, collaborate across teams, and drive high-impact design decisions that balance user needs with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute fitness services products that seamlessly integrate physical and digital experiences.
  • Establish principles for best-in-class fitness experiences across multiple touch points.
  • Craft design briefs for critical initiatives, providing clarity for business, design, and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, content designers, data analysts, and business teams to develop and iterate upon new concepts and facilitate product execution.
  • Own design and collaborate with team members for specific product experiences.
  • Create high-performance designs that solve both user needs and hit business goals.
  • Contribute to team planning and rapid experimentation strategy.
  • Present designs to leadership and cross-functional teams, with clear design rationale.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

  • A seasoned product designer with 3+ years of experience embracing information architecture, multi-step flows, motion, and holistic experiences.
  • Consistently delivers polished layouts through typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Creates beautifully crafted transitions that bring content to life.
  • Understands how to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Solves user problems in creative ways that go beyond obvious, expected solutions.
