Job Overview: We're seeking an accomplished Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design of our fitness service products, blending digital and physical experiences. You'll own product experiences, collaborate across teams, and drive high-impact design decisions that balance user needs with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute cult's specific fitness services products integrating physical and digital experiences seamlessly.
  • Establish principles for a best-in-class fitness experience across multiple touch points.
  • Create design briefs providing clarity on business, design, and engineering aspects for critical initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, content designers, data analysts, and business teams to develop and iterate new concepts and facilitate product execution.
  • Own design and collaborate with team members for a specific product experience.
  • Develop high-performance designs solving both user needs and hitting business goals.
  • Contribute to team planning and rapid experimentation strategy.
  • Create UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs.
  • Implement iterative improvements based on A/B testing data and user feedback to provide qualitative and quantitative insights driving decision making.
  • Presentation of designs to leadership and cross-functional teams with clear design rationale.

Core Skills:

  • A seasoned product designer with 3+ years of experience embracing information architecture, multi-step flows, motion, and holistic experiences.
  • Consistent delivery of polished layouts through typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in creating micro animations bursting with delight and beautifully crafted transitions breathing life into content.
  • Understanding of presenting complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Solving user problems creatively beyond obvious expected solutions.
