Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our TRR RTB team in Chennai, TN, IND. As a Senior Associate, Regulatory Analysis and Reporting, you will be responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and controls to maintain data accuracy and automate regulatory reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory mandates.
  • Assist in root cause analyses to identify control gaps and contribute to the execution of programs to address them.
  • Understand and lead projects related to new or evolving processes/products that affect regulatory reports.
  • Contribute to the development of validation processes for data, including assessment and monitoring of data quality issues.
  • Prepare and review reports, including ad-hoc reports, and deliver results to management and other leaders.
  • Accountable for the attestation process and independently signs-off on the integrity of the data delivered.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful regulatory reporting implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; degree in computer science or related discipline preferred.
  • Years of experience preferred; experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to identify key issues, summarize them efficiently, and escalate them in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • No direct reports; provides guidance to more junior team members as needed.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under time pressure.
