Job Summary

The Senior Aggregate Report Specialist will be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of safety aggregate reports to regulatory bodies, including the FDA and EMA. This role requires strong collaboration with colleagues from safety, clinical, regulatory, and other functional lines to ensure timely completion of reports that meet regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of reports from start to finish, working closely with key stakeholders and contributors.
  • Review data to ensure consistency across various contributors.
  • Compile information for reports using electronic tools and document management systems.
  • Coordinate review and approval of reports, addressing any review comments.
  • Ensure reports are completed prior to regulatory due dates to meet compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance to contributors on report requirements.
  • Participate in projects and subject matter tasks that support the group and deliverables.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
  • Complete training in accordance with Pfizer's and WSR Safety Information Management curriculum.

Requirements

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical research, or healthcare-related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint technology.
  • Business Objects experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical discipline required.
  • Excellent English verbal, written communication, and presentation skills required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and issue resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory/safety regulations and guidelines desired.
