Job Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  2. Manage social media activities — content planning, posting, engagement, and community building.
  3. Support SEO and content marketing efforts with keyword research, blogs, and website optimization.
  4. Coordinate creative assets for ads, social posts, and campaigns.
  5. Track and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
  6. Assist in influencer collaborations, festive campaigns, and culturally relevant initiatives.
  7. Contribute to email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns with sharp copy and timely execution.
  8. Research competitor activities and market trends to keep Sudathi ahead of the curve.
  9. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Requirements:
  • A marketing generalist who can handle a mix of strategy and execution.
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • A quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • A creative thinker who's also comfortable with numbers and analytics.
  • A team player who can collaborate across departments.
Essential Skills:
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and content creation.
  • Ability to use tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing, email campaigns, and WhatsApp/SMS marketing.
