Lease Abstraction Team Lead

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a Lease Abstraction team, reporting directly to a Senior Director in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Local Managed Services with effective leadership and oversight.
  • Engage with Business leaders globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India.
  • Drive global integration and standardisation in India by working collaboratively with global and local leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and objectives for MRI's Services department.
  • Optimise solutions to improve performance and productivity within the Services Department.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field with management experience.
  • Ability to manage abstraction projects effectively.
  • Responsible for training and onboarding new abstractors.
  • Strong leadership and execution skills.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving and collaboration skills are essential.
