Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned business professional to lead our Lease Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile app development, retail, leasing, and data analysis using Power BI.

Main Responsibilities
  • Determine operational objectives by analyzing business functions and gathering information.
  • Develop workflow charts and diagrams to enhance system capabilities.
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems and developing improved procedures.
  • Prioritize project requirements by defining milestones, phases, and elements, and establishing a project plan.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity and resolving issues.
  • Compile technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Analyze research data to develop integrated business analyses and projections.
Necessary Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
  • Experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
  • Ability to analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions and create data visualizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive with the ability to work independently and with others.
