Job Title: Senior Legal Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Expert to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Vetting replies, written submissions, and appeals under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
  • Representing the organization in RERA proceedings before HRERA & HREAT.
  • Drafting settlement deeds and other legal documents to safeguard company rights.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive legal tracker of cases handled, including CRM intimation and updating interim / final orders.
  • Executing additional tasks assigned by management regarding legal matters.
  • Briefing external counsel on key issues.
  • Reviewing customer documentation and sharing it with drafting counsel for reply and appeal preparation.
  • Providing support to team leads as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in handling complex legal matters and strong knowledge of Indian law.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
