We are seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to play a critical role in managing legal and regulatory affairs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial agreements, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Advise on commercial agreements, including third-party contracts, service agreements, partnerships, and license agreements.
  • Support general corporate legal matters with expertise in the Indian Companies Act, 2013, and related regulations.
  • Develop processes for efficient contract negotiation and management.
  • Lead communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A Law Graduate from a recognized university with 3-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably from a law firm.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, M&A, and/or general corporate legal matters is essential.
  • Candidates with prior exposure to debt transactions and the fintech/banking sector will be given preference.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines for NBFCs, SEBI, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance.
  • A proactive legal professional who can collaborate effectively across teams and engage with regulatory bodies confidently.
