Strategic Medical Leadership Role

We are seeking a strategic medical leader to join our team in Oncology and Diabetes Care. This role will provide medical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and thought leadership across high-impact therapy areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical and scientific input to business units, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, and medical information teams.
  • Lead medical input into integrated brand strategies and ensure compliance in reviewing promotional materials.
  • Translate complex scientific data into actionable insights and strategies for marketing and sales teams.
  • Deliver scientific training to internal stakeholders and support external education for physicians.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Medical Qualification: MBBS/MD from a recognized medical university.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Medical Advisor in Oncology or Diabetes, with other therapy areas considered.
  • Strong understanding of medical strategy, brand planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Clinical research and trial management experience with ability to engage with investigators and global teams.
