Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position ideal for someone with 4 to 6 years of work experience in a sales role. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and present customized sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of work experience in sales.
- Proven experience and proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Experience with WhatsApp API.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and information clearly.
- In-depth product knowledge to address customer needs and queries.
