Job Summary

The Senior Governance Risk Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's risk management framework is robust and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and evidence to support findings.
  • Create and maintain clear, concise policies and procedures to ensure effective governance and risk management.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on compliance findings and security gaps, highlighting areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards, including GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
