Job Title: IT Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our risk management initiatives.

About the Role:

The Business Risk and Audit function provides assurance and recommendations to stakeholders on risk management, control, and governance practices. As an IT Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing internal audit projects and evaluations related to digital processes, such as IT general controls, application controls, and security.
  • Coordinating, executing, and reporting on risk management activities in close collaboration with other involved functions within the organization.
  • Providing coaching and development for team members with respect to technical expertise required within Risk & Audit.
  • Taking ownership for planning, execution, and reporting of risk activities to make impact.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT operations, security, data protection, and business continuity communities.

Your Background:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT auditing or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in IT, business, or economics.
  • Certifications such as CISA, RE, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in international stakeholder management and change.
  • An innovative mindset with a passion for on-the-job coaching and development.
