Job Description

As a Department Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our salons. You will be responsible for managing the salons' profitably and delivering top-line and bottom-line results.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth. You will be expected to identify opportunities for improvement, implement new strategies, and ensure that all salon staff is trained to meet Lakme standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing salon operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
  • Developing and implementing marketing initiatives to drive footfalls and sales
  • Ensuring quality control and SOP adherence across all salons
  • Managing employee costs and ensuring employee retention
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
