Executive Spa Manager

The primary objective of this role is to maintain the highest level of service and quality in the spa environment. This entails advising personnel on general property information, responding to inquiries regarding available services, and confirming guest details prior to commencing treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance to staff members on pertinent property information, policy updates, or other essential details.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding available services, general property information, and amenities.
  • Verify client names and scheduled treatments before initiating any treatment.
  • Monitor schedules and adhere to allocated timeframes throughout the day.
  • Communicate last-minute changes or additions to schedules to service providers and resolve scheduling conflicts as necessary.
  • Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
  • Process requests for additional products, supplies, or equipment.
  • Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure conformance to established standards.
  • Notify facilities management of maintenance and repair requirements for the spa/salon.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification necessary.
