**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Strategic Distribution and Transportation Specialist. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our distribution network and transportation capabilities, ensuring the seamless flow of goods across our global supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for distribution center capabilities and outbound transportation
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions and drive innovation
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions

**Requirements:**

  • 12 years of experience in product management, with 3 years in a leadership role
  • Deep understanding of distribution center processes and transportation capabilities
  • Experience with warehouse management and transportation management systems
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Flexibility to travel internationally

**What You'll Work On:**

You will lead a team of Product Managers focused on distribution center capabilities and outbound transportation capabilities. In addition, you will define and execute the product strategy for Warehouse Management Systems, specifically Manhattan Active WM, ensuring alignment with global distribution goals. You will also leverage analytics and user insights to drive product decisions that improve productivity and effectiveness of our distribution centers.
