Seeking an experienced professional to manage our extensive real estate portfolio, ensuring contractual compliance and mitigating financial and operational risks. This pivotal role involves overseeing lease administration, payment processing, and contractual adherence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management of our real estate portfolio, ensuring contractual compliance and mitigating financial and operational risks.
  2. Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to facilitate seamless lease administration, payment processing, and contractual adherence.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize our real estate operations and support business growth objectives in the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China regions.
