We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill a leadership position in IT delivery and program management, with a strong background in Pharma, Clinical, and Life Sciences domains.

About the Role

This is a critical role that requires expertise in managing high-value portfolios, large teams, and driving strategic initiatives for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation, implementation, maintenance, and support projects.

  • End-to-End Program Delivery Management: Lead and oversee the delivery of IT solutions in the Pharma, Clinical, and Life Sciences sectors, ensuring high-quality execution of transformation and support projects meeting SLAs and business objectives.
  • Client Stakeholder Management: Collaborative team player who can build a strong and friendly relationship with customers, act as a strategic partner to drive business value through innovative IT solutions, manage executive-level relationships ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Team Financial Management: Lead and mentor professionals across multiple projects, manage a portfolio ensuring profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, responsible for the P&L for the portfolio.
  • Transformation and Innovation: Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging Cloud, Gen AI, Automation, and Data Analytics, implement best practices in IT service delivery ensuring continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be assertive, able to articulate clearly to customers, and possess the ability to work in a multi-vendor environment, managing POD teams involving consultants from the customer and other vendors.
