The ideal candidate will design and implement AI agents using large language models, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks, developing agent architectures that support autonomy, interactivity, and task completion, integrating agents into applications, APIs, or workflows, collaborating with researchers, engineers, and product teams to iterate on agent capabilities.

  • Strong programming skills in Python (or similar) and experience with AI/ML libraries are essential.
  • Understanding of agent-based modeling, multi-agent systems, or reinforcement learning is required.
  • Experience building applications with LLMs or generative AI models is desirable.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience with frameworks for autonomous agents (e.g., AutoGPT, CrewAI, LangGraph, ReAct, BabyAGI).
  • Background in human-AI interaction, conversational UX, or simulation environments.
