Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions using Generative AI and LLMs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Innovative AI Solutions: Design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging Generative AI and LLMs for various applications.
  • Improve Model Performance: Fine-tune, optimize, and engineer LLMs to achieve optimal performance for specific tasks and domains.
  • Build Modular AI Applications: Utilize frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar to construct modular, scalable, and maintainable AI applications.
  • Integrate AI with Enterprise Systems: Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, vector stores, and enterprise applications to unlock business value.
  • Deploy Models Efficiently: Evaluate and implement model deployment strategies (on-prem, cloud, serverless, or containerized environments) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product managers, software engineers) to deliver end-to-end AI solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay Current with AI Advancements: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and GenAI research and propose adoption of new technologies to drive innovation.
  • Implement AI Governance: Implement MLOps best practices for continuous training, deployment, and monitoring of models in production, ensuring responsible AI practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Software Development: 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Python programming, with familiarity with Java, C#, or Node.js a plus.
  • Hands-on Experience in Generative AI and LLM-based Development: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based development.
  • Strong Knowledge of AI/ML Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals including NLP, deep learning, embeddings, and transformers.
  • Experience with LLMs and Frameworks: Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, or similar) and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar.
  • Proven Track Record of Delivering Production-Grade LLM-Based Projects: Proven track record of delivering at least 2 production-grade LLM-based projects.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms and AI Services: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services (Bedrock, VertexAI, Azure OpenAI).
  • Proficiency in Containerization and Deployment Tools: Proficiency in containerization and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Experience with MLOps Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases) for model lifecycle management.
  • Strong Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
