AI Policy Research Assistant

A remote opportunity for a 3-month internship with global exposure to AI policy, research, and think tank strategy.

We are seeking a detail-oriented AI policy research assistant to join our team for a 3-month paid internship. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in AI research, policy development, and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on enterprise AI adoption, governance, and global policy developments.
  • Summarize insights into briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
  • Support ongoing research projects across strategy, governance, ecosystems, and capital flows.
  • Track regulatory and market updates relevant to AI transformation.
  • Assist in workshops, discussions, and stakeholder meetings (virtually and in Chennai).

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Public Policy, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Interest in AI, technology policy, or enterprise strategy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet timelines.
  • Chennai-based or flexible to attend meetings in Chennai when required.
