Job Title:

AI Research Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision techniques.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end AI solutions using structured and unstructured data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain statistical models and predictive analytics tools to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and apply this knowledge to improve AI solutions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI development and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and CV techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, MLLMs) and an understanding of multi-modal neural networks and Transformer architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and key ML/DL libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Experience with Big Data technologies – HDFS, Spark, Hive, Sqoop, MapReduce.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with statistical tools and platforms like WEKA, KNIME, Power BI, etc.
  • Domain experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, E-commerce, Aviation, or Digital Platforms is highly desirable.
