Job Description:

Shape the future of AI-driven engineering solutions as a Mechanical CAD Engineer. Focus on precision part design and documentation for CNC-machined and cast components, ensuring designs are manufacturing ready and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities include performing simulations and tests to validate designs, creating technical drawings and documentation, applying GD&T per ISO, ASME Y14.5 standards to define form, fit, and function of parts, collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to iterate on designs, and supporting design reviews and providing technical input on manufacturability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in 2D mechanical engineering for products from prototype to production, with a primary focus on CNC machining and casting.
  • Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and other CAD software such as NX, CATIA.
  • Strong working knowledge of GD&T principles.
  • ISO or ASME Y14.5 certification is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
