As a Service Sales Specialist in the Life Science industry, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our service product portfolio to current and prospective customers. This includes pharmaceutical, academic, scientific research, and clinical organisations across the assigned territory.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive contract coverage, growth, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to promote our service product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Instrument Sales to optimize the sales of upfront contracts and coordinate the approach on accounts assigned to service management.
  • Accurately forecast future business and plan sales activities well in advance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer/prospect records and ensure that the relevant sales tools reflect this information (Sales Forecast & Territory Plan).

About You:

  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Science/Engineering graduate or equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong sales approach, motivated by targets, and a positive attitude with a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to handle time optimally to prioritize and complete tasks required.
  • Able to adapt to a constantly evolving business environment.
  • Digital literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or similar.
