Technical Sales Specialists are sought after by a leading industry player to fill a challenging role in promoting and selling specialty lubricants to automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Pune and Aurangabad industrial zones, as well as existing contacts and networks within the automotive industry.

A key aspect of this position is building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

The right individual will be self-motivated, target-driven, and possess a solution-oriented mindset. They will also be willing to travel frequently within their assigned region.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Molykote Specialty Lubricants to Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions
  • Conduct product presentations, trials, and demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Support customers with documentation, samples, and post-sales services
  • Meet monthly sales targets and explore new business opportunities in the region

Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering, along with 3-10 years of experience in technical sales to automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.

Location: This role will be based in the Pune and Aurangabad regions, with frequent travel required within the assigned area.
