We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Design Engineer to lead our team in developing cutting-edge digital design solutions for sensor-based systems. The successful candidate will have expertise in ARM/RISC-V architectures and a strong background in mixed-signal SoC design.

Job Description

The Senior Staff Digital Design Engineer will be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of digital subsystems for sensor data processing. This includes translating product-level specifications into digital micro-architecture and integration plans, analyzing and selecting third-party or in-house digital IP, and ensuring seamless SoC integration with analog designers and firmware teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of low-power design techniques and experience with digital design tools such as Synopsys Design Compiler and Cadence Innovus. Additionally, they will have expertise in digital signal processing for sensor data applications and familiarity with embedded software development for ARM/RISC-V processors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. in EE/ECE with 8+ years front-end digital IC experience, including at least one mixed-signal SoC from spec through production where you owned top-level RTL/integration.
  • Deep knowledge of ARM/RISC-V architectures, AMBA protocols (AXI/AHB/APB), peripheral interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART,CAN/LIN), debug/trace, and power-management controllers.
  • Expertise in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog for mixed-signal SoCs. Lint, CDC using Spyglass or equivalent tool.
  • Proficiency in digital design tools (e.g., Synopsys Design Compiler, Cadence Innovus) for synthesis, timing, and integration.
