Marketing Manager Job

About the Role:

Lead and manage our real estate marketing initiatives, developing effective strategies to promote projects and enhance brand visibility.

  • Design, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns, incorporating SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Plan and implement offline marketing activities such as hoardings, print media, events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Create engaging content, brochures, videos, and marketing collateral aligned with project branding.

The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives by collaborating with the sales team, conducting market research, building relationships, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to design lead generation strategies and monitor conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research and customer insights to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing, real estate preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
