Marketing Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a strategic marketing expert to lead our digital marketing initiatives in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online ads.
  • Manage offline marketing activities such as hoardings, print media, events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Create and manage engaging content, brochures, videos, and marketing collateral aligned with project branding.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing, real estate preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM software, SEO tools).
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
