Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our tender management process. Key responsibilities include actively monitoring tender opportunities, advising on participation decisions, ensuring deadlines and progress are met, writing tender texts, building a text library, and submitting required documents accurately and on time. You will also oversee the progress of tender projects and ensure appropriate follow-up on submitted tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and application of tenders">
  • Reviewing all tender documents and supervising compilation of materials required for bids">
  • Preparing pre-qualification bids with standard company information">
  • Monitoring bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements">
  • Reading and understanding tenders and related documents">
  • Understanding financial statements">
  • Financial reporting and analysis, including reviewing tender-wise profitability and cost reports">
  • Ensuring adherence to internal financial controls related to tender business">
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes">
  • Vendor registration/compliance for third-party vendors">

Eligibility Criteria:

3-4 years' experience preferred in tender processing (Government, Semi-government, Corporations, Private)

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience in tender business">
  • Experience in using portals such as GeM and mahatender">
  • Proficiency in Financial tools and technology">
  • Proficiency in MS-Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)">
  • Fluency in Marathi (mandatory) and English Communication (preferred)">
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines">
